It appears that you have an older Crestline window. 

I don't believe that operator available anymore, it's just too old. 

I'm not sure if anything we have can work as a substitute, but our 39-069 operator may be a possibility. 

You would have to adapt your sill to accept it, but I'm not sure exactly what will be necessary.
