Left and right inverted split arm roto operator

A handy person says:
Here is a picture of our current crank and what we purchased. The ball connector comes from the top on our current crank and on the bottom in Swisco crank. Will the Swisco crank still work?
Thank you!

Dave Sr. from SWISCO responded:

Thanks for reaching out to us. It looks like you bought the 39-329 and 39-330 operators when you needed the 39-325 and 39-326. These parts basically use the same sash brackets but you might not have the clearance to have the stud facing upward.

Have you tried to install the new operators to see if they work? If you did and they didn't work, we recommend returning them and buying the proper operators. You can find our return policy here
