I have question regarding this item. Are theses latches in stock? What is the return and refund policy for this item. My hope was newly constructed in year 2000 and New Patriot manufactured windows were installed by builder. 23-years later The tilt latches and several of my windows have malfunction or broken, and I have been having a difficult time finding exact replacements that fit from sources such as Amazon. If I order these latches and they do not fit my windows, I want to know can I return refund?

Note that Patriot windows can use a few different tilt latches, so be sure to compare the dimensions below to your old tilt latches to confirm they match up. If they do not, send us pictures of your existing tilt latches, as well as key dimensions like the ones shown below, and we'd be happy to try and find something better.
