Please, kindly help identify the appropriate replacement for the Latch in the picture. There are no labels or markings on the window to indicate the manufacturer.

Hello,

It's tough to make out exact dimensions from photos but the housing of your latch looks close to 2-3/8" long. If so, I would recommend starting by comparing the specifications of the 26-393A to yours. We'll include the image from our product page below to help you confirm. Thank you!

Can you please help identify the attached Window sash lock and lock keeper. The
Sash has the following inscription
.A.N
8300-02
8303

The distance between the screw holes on both is 2-1/4 which makes me to think the sash lock is item 90-180 and Lock Keeper is 90-183 in your catalog.

Kindly help verify.

Unfortunately, we do not carry an exact match for your sash lock and keeper with the same 2-1/4" hole spacing. The 90-180 is similar but the installation holes are more centered while yours are closer to the front of the lock, which may prevent the installation holes from aligning properly.

We also carry the 90-274 sash lock and keeper with 2-1/4" hole spacing but the design is still different than yours. Please note that this is an Acorn brand set. We also do not carry a keeper designed to sit in an opening in the window glazing as shown in your photos, so you would need to determine if you would be able to mount one of our keepers on top using the original installation holes while still covering the gap.
