I'm looking for replacement parts for single hung Repco vinyl windows.

I have attached several photos below.

Please let me know if you have the appropriate channel balance.

Thank you.

Hello,

We would be happy to help but it looks like the bottom fitting is broken off of the balance shown in your photos. We would need to see the bottom fitting of an undamaged balance removed from the window to narrow down your replacement options. Thank you!

Casey, Please see attached photo of bottom fitting.

Thanks for getting back to us. It's tough to be sure with the balance still installed but it looks like your bottom fitting may be non-winged like the top. If so, you would need either the S351-27, with a 15-002 bottom attachment, or S390-27, with a 15-001 bottom attachment. Take a look at the image below to determine which balance you'll need. You'll also need a 2630 spring strength option for your replacement balances based on the 26C stamp on your original balance. Thank you!

It's tough to be sure but it looks like you may have a 26-1/2" long metal channel, not including the end fittings. If so, just let us know the number of balances that you need and we can go from there.

A quick learner from Merion Station, PA says:

I believe that 26-1/2" is the correct dimension of the channel excluding the fittings.

Assuming you can gauge the correct end fittings from the photos, I need 10 complete channel balances.

What do I need to do to place the order and have the parts shipped?

Thank you.

Scott

A quick learner from Merion Station, PA says:
although in the attached photo it looks like maybe a 27" or 27-1/4" channel without the ends?

Casey from SWISCO responded:

Unfortunately, we are not able to determine the exact length of your metal channel from the photo. We will need you to confirm the exact length, not including the end fittings. to determine if we can supply suitable replacements.

Once we know the length, the end fittings indicate that you have either the S390 or S350 as we mentioned in our previous response but you'll need to measure the depth of the shoe to determine the correct replacement.

Her are more precise measurements for the metal channel:

Length: 27 1/8"

Width: 9/16"

Depth: 5/8"

I have attached the photos of the ends for reference.

Please advise if you can supply the replacement part.

Thank you.

Casey from SWISCO responded:

Unfortunately, these balances are not available in 1/8" length increments or with a 5/8" deep channel. The S390-27 or S351-27 with 2630 strength options that we mentioned previously would be our best replacement options depending on the depth of your bottom fitting. If you decide to give them a try and run into any problems, our return policy can be found here
