Replacement for truth casement crank

A quick learner from Rockaway nj 07866 says:

Purchased two crank hardware from disco but the do not fit. 39-089 and 39-090 arm (first arm) is too long. Please let me know if you have the proper hardware to do the replacement. I'll need to return the two I received. Thx. Rich

Your operator looks like a closer match to the 39-187 operator, which has a different style base arm than the parts that you purchased. The determining factor would be how the dimensions below compare to yours. We also offer the 39-188 opposite-handed version of this assembly if needed.
