Replacement parts for the knob and opening mechanism (attached to metal frame)

A home owner from Upstate New York says:
Tenant had disabled the knob and it was unturnable and had to be removed. I need a replacement part. The window trim(wood) can be replaced as well.

Hello,

I would recommend starting by comparing the 38-056 and 38-057 sash locks, which are used with the 38-135 keeper, to your assembly.

As for the operator, would like the see the top of the base, as well as a detailed photo of the fitting attached to the end of the arm that attaches to the sash. From there, we will be happy to research your replacement options. Also, please note that the sill trim is not something that we would be able to supply and would be specific to the manufacturer.

A home owner from Upstate New York says:
Hello Casey, unfortunately we got rid of the operator and its base, the sash locks seem to be fine and not in need of a replacement. So I do not have an arm to show

Unfortunately, we can't be sure without seeing the entire assembly but it does remind me of either the 39-390 or 39-389. We can't make any guarantees but review the dimensions below to see if one of these replacements might work for your application.

A home owner from Binghamton New York says:
My window length dimension is about 30 to 31 inches across, how do I determine what size of operating arm I need for a crank type of operator

Casey from SWISCO responded:

This appears to be the same window shown in your original post, which also included photos of the operator. Unfortunately, we can't determine the size needed for your window without the original operator to compare to the dimensions of the 39-390 and 39-389 shown in our last response. With that being said, you are welcome to order both options and send back the incorrect one. Our return policy can be found here
