Roto single arm operator

A home owner from Seattle says:
I purchased a roto single arm operator (part 39-429) to replace the old arm that is worn out. It appears I got the wrong part as it's slightly smaller than the existing one (the one with the tape measure on it in the photo) and also doesn't have the little ball on the end of the arm. Could you please help me identify the right replacement part?

Casey from SWISCO responded:

Unfortunately, this Roto straight-arm operator has been discontinued and no substitute has been found. You can find our return policy here if you would like to send it back for a refund.

I'm sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions.
