Searching for Anderson swivel screen latches

A quick learner says:

I have 14 Anderson double hung windows installed in 1999 and as you can see the latches for the screens have rusted and no longer work. The screens are fine but I cannot remove them. Short of getting all new screens I am at a loss I hope you can help

The 90-227 are stainless steel so they shouldn't rust.
