Thanks for writing in! We do not have an exact replacement match for your existing top sash guide but I believe you may be able to modify our 18-171 Alpine Stepped Sash Guide to fit your application. To install this guide, you'll need to cut down the top of the balance so that it will fit in the space but the bottom half of the part should be fine.
