I Ordered the Wrong Operator

Hello, I think I made a mistake in ordering a replacement part. The one I received is not the same as the one in the picture above. Can someone please help me order the correct replacement assembly>

Hello there. Sorry to hear the 39-035 didn't work out for you; view our Return Policy here. It looks like you need an operator with a straight arm, albeit with an offset. Consider our 39-217 instead. This looks a lot closer, but compare the diagrams below with your old hardware to ensure it matches what you need. Also, if you need a new handle and cover, see our 39-114L and 39-107.
