Hello,

We'd be happy to help but we'll need a bit more information to get started. First, we'll need you to write out the exact distance between the installation hole centers of your sash lock. 

As for your balances, we do offer the 75-005 charging tool for non-tilt spiral balances if that is all you need. If you want to replace the balances, we would need to see yours fully removed from the window, as well as confirm the length and diameter of the housing tube.
