Question

Looking for a quality part that will last (the OEM part lasted about 25) local hardware store had something that will last till I get a OEM equivalent.

Thanks for reaching out! The only 36" kerf mount door bottom we carry is our 58-189 36" High Performance Door Bottom. Stanley has discontinued their production of hardware, so I cannot guarantee that you would be able to find the OEM version of this.
