We believe your coil balance assembly is no longer made but we suggest you take a look at the 15-263 pivot shoe which uses the S195 and S196 coil springs. As for the pivot bar, see the 26-360 or 26-415. Look over the dimensions for each and compare them to your original hardware to see which one matches up best. 

If you need a compatible coil spring support, see the 15-260, 15-261 or 15-262, depending on the amount of springs you have. As for what coil weight to select, weigh your sash on a scale and tell us the exact weight. We can work out what you need from there.
