The bottom says Pat. Pend. The piece is about 2 5/8" long and about 11/16 wide. It looks like it sits about 3/8" deep into the window.

Hello,

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would need to see a tilt latch with an intact locking tooth to narrow down your options. I would also recommend double-checking the length of the base to confirm if it is 2-5/8" or 2-3/8". Thank you!

The body is 2 5/8 (not including the part broken off). hopefully these pics help. Thanks.

In that case, I'd recommend taking a look at the 26-243 and 26-244 tilt latches. We'll include the dimensions from our product page below. Look them over and see what you think.
