Your pin looks fine, so I believe you might just need a new nylon guide. Take a look at the 21-108 Bifold Door Pin Cap. I am confident this should be the one you need.
We do have your combination of pin and glide, made in two different assemblies. They are the 21-049 Bifold Door Guide Pin, Leigh made for Full-VU Doors or the 21-058 Bifold Door Guide Pin, Leigh which includes a spring and is made for Monarch.

I'm happy to help! In regards to the track, that track is no longer available. If you are just replacing one set of tracks for a 36" opening, you will need two of the 21-401 tracks and for the door pins one 21-002 (for the bottom adjusting pin) and three 21-007 spring loaded pins (one for the top pivot, and two for the top and bottom guides).
That said, for the original tracks, you can use the 21-205 as a pivot bracket.
For door pulls, we have 22-040 and 22-204.
