metal top sash guide for channel balance

A quick learner from Windermere Fl says:

I have a top sash I need as per the picture attached. None of your stack ones seem to fit. It is made of aluminium and fits a 19-041 channel balance top. I would need about 25 pieces and a plastic version would be fine.
