Thank you for reaching out to us! Our 39-473 reminds me of the operator in the first two photos. Look over the specifications and see how they compare with your old assembly.
The operator in your last two photos is discontinued, I'm afraid. We know of no substitute, unfortunately. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.

Emily, Apparently all of my photos didn't make it to our discussion.
This is a reverse mount body with 7-inch screws. The total width is 21 inches.

My apologies, I'm a bit confused. Is the operator in these new photos the same as the one in your original batch of photos? If it's different, we will need to see photos of the entire operator in one shot, arms and all.
