need help

I recently received a set of S775 balances. Although I thought I had all the measurements right, when I attempted to install I realized that there was like a guide channel inside the window channel. You can see the notch in the boot of the original balance. Can you help me get the correct balance?

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble! I think your balance looks like it'd be a better match for our Series 751. This has a ribbed metal channel and uses a 15-014 shoe. Look it over and let me know if you agree, or if you had any questions!
