To further review, are you able to show us a clearer image of the attachment at the end of the pulley cord that engages with the pivot shoe? Please also provide the number/letter stamped on the metal channel. From there we can review to determine which series of balance you need for your window. Thank you!

It appears you have a 34" balance with the 15-170 snap-on clip attached to the pulley string that engages with the 15-169 pivot shoe. We can custom make this balance configuration for you via a custom order using the Series 770 channel balance. Please review the dimensions below to confirm a good fit!
