original windows in 1960 home, unable to find any markings, name or numbers on any parts

I'm trying to find parts to fix windows. Seal piece on exterior around ea window (img 7414).

Metal piece connecting the roll out mechanism (img 7409),

broke in img 7439.

These windows have a lever w/ hook that wraps around a metal peg looking thing that locks the windows. Img 7423 pic of metal peg. Pegs are missing on 2.

I'm in process of cleaning each window and wanted to know if silicone spray to loosen up track is okay or should I use something else. Also, lower corner of bottom window pane on some windows don't fully close. You can see to outside. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for reaching out to us. I'm not sure these parts for your awning window are still available. You say you are missing a metal piece in your notes but we do not carry that metal piece. You might be able to make one using a piece of metal purchased at a hardware store in your area though I can't make any guarantees.

As for the pegs that are missing, I'm sorry to say we also do not carry that part either. As for lubricating your window linkage, you might want to start with a WD-40 type spray to help loosen up the rusted parts. Silicone spray works well to lubricate the window but to loosen up older parts. Take a look at the related videos on the website to see if they can help you repair your window.
