I need a window balancer. I ordered these parts before. I believe it is S160-9, 15-199, and 15-150S. the window is 23.9 pounds.

As long as the dimensions match up, I agree with your assessment of the 15-199 pivot shoe. If the coil spring is 1/2" thick, the Series 160 will be a good fit with the 15-150S cover.

For a 19 pound window, you can either use (1) S160-09 spring on both sides for 18 pounds of support or (1) S160-10 coil on both sides for 20 pounds support. Since both options are within a pound of the exact window weight, either option should work fine!
