A quick learner from USA says:
I want to add keyed entry, and a grab pull bar, to the outside of my patio door. What do I need? The screws are 6-5/8"

Thanks for posting! You could potentially use our 82-302 key lock. This is made to work with locksets like the 82-002K, though keep in mind it will only work if your exterior handle has a punch-out hole and if your door is 1" thick.

I'm afraid they don't make exterior pulls for these handles. Your only option is to get an exterior pull and mount it above or below the lockset, whichever is most convenient for you. This will require drilling new holes in the door, so you want to be careful not to hit the glass.
