Hello! Start by looking at our S395-24 channel balance. This comes with a 19-005 top and 15-001 bottom nylon fitting, so as long as those match then I think this could be the right product.
The only question then would be the stamp option. Your stamp of "23DS 30" is a bit uncommon. Can you confirm the exact weight of the sash? It might be 30 pounds, in which case you'd want our 2360 option, but I'm not certain. If you can tell me the exact weight of your sash then I confirm.
