pivot shoe and balance

Vinyl window pivot shoe and balance. The pivot shoes appear different (and broken pieces) on each side of the same window and the window has a hard time moving up and down. I'm not sure if the balance needs to be replaced too.

Hi there. There is a chance you may just need to replace your pivot shoes if your coil springs are still intact. Take a look at our 15-215 for consideration. If you are still considering replacing the whole coil spring system, then you may want to take a closer look into the S140-12. Look at each part mentioned and see what you think.
