Does this mean that a quantity of "1" would be one 25-foot length of the 58-055?

Yes, if you order a quantity of 1 you will receive 25 feet of the 58-055 bubble seal. So for example, if you were to order a quantity of 4 you will receive 100 feet of the 58-055 bubble seal. Let me know if you have any other questions.
