rear drawer socket

I have inherited 2 broken rear drawer sockets. I do not know the manufacturer, but it is certainly an older drawer guide. The inner dimension of the socket are 1/2" X 11/16" and a depth of around 1 1/2". These sockets slide into another bracket that mounts to the back wall, however, I believe I could do without these mounts if I could find a socket I could mount directly to the wall. Can you help me?
