replacement parts for a silverline series 9500 dbl hung window

Thanks for posting. I am afraid I'm not quite sure what you're asking for. My guess is that you're referring to the metal pins in the bottom corners of the sash, called pivot bars--specifically, you are seeking kinds that have a plastic sleeve around them. We know two of these have been associated with Silverline windows in the past, our 26-399 and 26-427. Compare with the diagrams below and see if either of these matches what you need. If not, or if you need an entirely different part, please send us photos of the part removed from the window, and we'll try and find something better.
