replacement parts for my slidder

Question

A Swisco help expert asked me to pry that housing out of the door so he could get a better look at it. But I'm afraid I might damage it and not be able to replace it.
The rectangle I was able to measure is 2-1/4" by 11/16".
That agent thought you might want to see the photos I sent to him.

Hello,

We do offer the 81-223 roller with a diameter of 1-1/8", which can be installed using the 81-310 roller and axle kit.

If you'd like to replace the entire assembly, we would also need to see the housing fully removed from the frame but it does look like your wheel installs in a type of plastic insert, which is not something that we offer. If the insert is still in good condition, you may be able to get away with just replacing the wheel. Look over the related videos and see what you think. Thank you!
