roller too big by 1/16"

Please help me find this roller.

I ordered roller item # 81-036 on order# 2021053 and was wrong size and have returned. Spoke with your rep and was told to send a picture with measurements for you to match.
The assembly I ordered was slightly taller 1/16 inch and would not fit into the door grooves. Otherwise both were identical.

We did sell your roller at one time, but it was discontinued and is no longer available. I am at least familiar with it, though, so I know the situation your in.

The bad news is that the 81-036 is the closest roller we have to match your older style. One idea would be to file down the height of the 81-036 to fit the door rail; assuming that all your dimensions match then this should theoretically allow it to fit. Another idea would be to replace just the wheel and axle and reuse your existing housing. Take a look at the 81-266 roller axle kit for what I'd use.
