sash lift handles

windows were bought from Lowes over 10 years ago - have record of what type of window - need these exactly as they are inset in the frame of the window - have no paperwork or labels or markings.

Thanks for posting. We don't have an exact match for this sash lift handle, but how do our 26-116 or 16-247 compare? Compare both options with your old sash lift and see if you think one of these could work as a replacement. Let me know what you find.
