looking for the wire ring and the entire

plastic piece...says Harvey on the window locks

if that helps...just bought the house.?...there all stuck gummed up dirty and broken.

Hi Pat. Take a look at our 70-004 Pull Ring, or perhaps our 70-204. Look over either and see if you could adapt one of these to your storm window.
