size of wheel for 84-150

Need to know thickness of wheel and if wheel is permanently attached to metal or is a machine screw holding it on. If permanent what is space between wheel and metal. I'm looking for a wheel for my top hung sliding screen door that has a 1" wheel with a 1/4" whole and 1/4 inch thick. This looked like my only option

The flat nylon wheel is riveted on the metal bracket. It is 1" in diameter, 7/32" thick and the space between wheel and bracket is 1/8". Would you be able to get this to work?
