Your patio door handle looks like our 82-001 (or 82-001K, if you want a key). See if you agree. This can work on either the left or right by switching the die cast hook to face the direction you need. The keeper for the patio door could be the 89-004.
As for the window lock, I don't think it is still available. Would it be possible to repair the lock you have now by drilling out the pin and using a type of rivet in its place?
