Thanks for reaching out! I cannot guarantee that we'll have a replacement roller for your door but we'd be happy to take a look for you. However, I am unable to identify them by the brand alone, unfortuantely.

To identify the best replacement, I'll need to see a photo of your roller removed from the door. I've included two videos below with instructions on how to remove the roller from the door and the information we would need to identify your rollers.

The bracket the rollers are connected to obstructs the view of the housing, so it is a bit difficult to make an accurate identification.

Are you able to remove the rollers from the bracket? It would help a great deal in determining the right replacement for rollers for your door.

I understand. I would recommend contacting and asking the manufacture if they can tell you how to remove the bracket from the rollers. The other options may be to take it to a machine shop in your area to have them help.

Taking a look at your rollers they appear to be similar to the 81-164, however, I cannot guarantee that these will be what you need. Take a look at it on the web site along with the related information.
