Hey, Ram. It's tough to make out what you have from these photos. Before I recommend anything, would it be possible to see a picture of a undamaged version of this balance? You can either use the balance on the other side of this window or an identical window in the house.

Once you have an undamaged version, please show me a clear picture of the top end, bottom end, stamp, and the clip at the end of the cord.
