I need this top sash pivot bar. There is no brand name on the window.

This is perfect everywhere except the 5/8" width. It must fit in the window channel. The existing bracket is 9/16" and fits perfect. I don't think I can force 5/8" in. Can you make it narrower?

This pivot bar is the only size the manufacturer makes, unfortunately. We suggest either grinding down the sides with a grinding wheel or filing it down to fit the sash. I know that's not ideal but I'm afraid this part is the best we can get. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.
