A quick learner from 33570 says:
awning window operator with only two mounting holes. All help appreciated identifying.

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm afraid I can't be certain without seeing a clear view of the installation hole patterns on the top and bottom tabs. However, you can start by taking a look at the operators we've related on this page. They have a similar link arm with an offset but review the specifications and see how they compare with your old hardware.

It looks like the bottom leg was broken off of your operator. However, looking at the "link" arm of your operator it appears to be similar to the link arm on the VE Andersen operators. Take a look at the 39-258 and the 39-259 operators on the web site along with the related video.
