Hello,
Your photos resemble the 38-130 and 38-131 adjustable keepers. Take a look and compare the dimensions below to your part.
As for the operator handle, we should be able to help but we would like to see a photo of the entire operator with the window open so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible. That will help us confirm which handles would be compatible. Thank you!
