Balance Length (metal part): 30 inches
-Markings on Balance: 29 6 JW CMC 11
-Weight of sash: 30 LBS (when I hold it in my hands while on scale)
32 LBS when I put sash on scale by itself

It looks like you have the Swisco S385-30 Channel Balance with the stamp option 2950, which would support a sash weight of 30-32 lbs.
