On my balance (series 795 ) it has ingraved 20-7.I know the 20 means 21"
But,is the 7 the weight? If so, would I just order the standard?

That's actually a really weird stamp to have on a Series 795 balance. I highly recommend that you measure your metal channel to confirm that it's 21" and then weigh your sash to confirm if any of our stamps can work. Yours might be an older or off-brand version, but I can't say for sure.
