window balance shoe and channel balance

Looking for the correct window balance shoe and channel balance. The window channel balance has 32A stamped on it. Picture below show both items. Please let me know if you need any additional information.

We'd be happy to help but we would need to see photos of your balance fully removed from the window to compare to our inventory. 

We do not carry an exact match for your pivot bar but we will need to see the balance to determine if we carry something similar that you might be able to modify to work for your repair. Thank you.
