I believe this might be our S350-28. Just be sure to go over all our dimensions and specifications to ensure that this matches what you need. For a new stamp option, choose 2740.

So... what kind of warranty do you give? I bought some window block and tackle sash balances 3 years ago from a different company. The strings broke within the 3 years of me buying and installing them. The metal and plastic parts last but the strings are what I have issues with. Do you sell the strings separately?

Thank you

Bob from SWISCO responded:

I am afraid we don't offer warranties. The cord definitely shouldn't break that quickly though--channel balances should last 10 to 15 years. Did the other company give you the correct balances? Were these windows ever difficult to open or close, even before the cords snapped? Balances stamped 2740 are meant to support a window sash in the weight range of 19 through 26 pounds, so be sure that is what you're dealing with.

We do have a Return Policy for incorrect hardware--see it here
