We don't have an exact match, but you might be able to modify one of the glazing beads I've associated with this thread. Check the right side of the page.
Keep in mind that I wouldn't mix the new glazing with the old glazing on your sash. If you're going to try a substitute, I would remove and save the old glazing so that you can use those pieces to touch up the other sashes.
