window parts

Hello. I need to replace the springs on my windows. A local handyman ordered parts from you and I went to try to fix my windows and the parts that he ordered are too skinny. They are not the same size as what I already have in my windows. Can you help?

Hi, Kelley. 

Could you show us some photos of the top fitting for your balance? I see some top fittings in the background of your photos but I'm not sure if those were from the wrong balances that were ordered before so I'd just like to be thorough so we can get you the right parts for your repair.

Thanks for the additional photos! It looks like your balance's configuration matches our Series 380 or Series 385. The only difference is the depth of the bottom shoe so you'll have to measure as shown below. You will also need the 2340 strength option, based on your 23 4 stamp.
