21" Channel Balance Stamp 21 c

A home owner from Florida says:
Our 1980 Windows need 6 new Channel Balances

They are old heavy windows.

The STAMP says 21 C

Which would we order from you? 2040?
A home owner from Florida says:
It looks like your 21" Series 372 Channel Balance

Tom from SWISCO responded:

A stamp of 21C usually corresponds to our 2130 stamp option for our 1/2" wide 22" long channel balances. You should triple check the length of your metal channel to confirm what size it is you're dealing with.

You can also see a detailed chart on each balance store page that tells you exactly how much weight each stamp option supports. When in doubt, you can always weigh your sash and refer to that chart.

A home owner from Florida says:
Thank you for your reply. My husband said 21 1/4" from metel end to metel end

What should we order?

Paul from SWISCO responded:

If the channel is exactly 21-1/4", you can use the S372-21 balance with a 2030 strength option.

If you're not absolutely sure that the S372 is an exact match to your fittings, I would recommend sending photos of your original balance uninstalled for us to confirm the correct match.

Hello,

We received 6 of your 2030 S322-21 today. We missed the dimensions and need to return and reorder.

What do you recommend on these measurements? Also see attached photos:

Your 3/8" channel and combination of attachments remind me of the S810-22 balance with a 21C strength option. Take a look and see how the specifications compare.
