I was considering replacing my clunky pin assembly as you recommend but the hole for the clamp is not square. Is that a problem?

Also, the pivot clamp needs replacing but I don't see an exact match.

Thanks for getting back to us. The additional photos are helpful but we will also need you to write out the exact diameter of the pin and cap as shown in the guide that we sent you to narrow down your options.

For your National bi-fold door, we offer the 21-204 nylon pivot bracket that we believe would fit your original track. If your pins are in good condition, you might just need to replace the nylon caps with the 21-103. Also, see the related nyliners and push nuts. We carry a few other pins for National doors like yours, including the 21-041, 21-046, and 21-072. Take a look and review the specifications on our product pages to confirm if any of these parts could be used to repair your door. Thank you.
