I need a replacement part for a Loewen window..

Hi, we have loewen windows, and one of the double-hungs has a small metal piece that is broken. It's about an inch long, bronze finished, and it seems that it helps hold up the upper sash. The piece goes in the outer track, on the right side, when viewed from the inside of the house. The windows were installed in 2005. Can we possibly get one of these, either alone or as part of a kit?

Hi there!

It's hard to say since your hardware is damaged. Do you have an undamaged version you could show us? If not, I can only offer an educated guess which would be our 26-150 but I can't promise this will work for what you need.

If possible, compare our dimensions for the 26-150 to an undamaged pivot bar and see what you think.
