Mirrored Wardrobe Door - Replacement Rollers OOX 21-717

Last week on was on your website as I need to replace the rollers on my mirrored Wardrobe door. So, I looked up the model number (OOX 21-717) and website said that the item number was now #23-081. I only needed 2 but thought it would be better to buy 4 and have a couple of spares, which I did. Today, they were delivered and when I opened the package and looked at it, the hardware is the same but the wheel on it is different.

Therefore, I would like to return what you sent me and get the correct ones (see attached picture). Can you help with this?

Hey Kathee. Sorry that the 23-081 didn't work out. See our Return Policy here. What do you mean by the wheel being different? The 23-081 has a convex wheel, meaning it has a narrow rounded edge to fit into a recessed track. Does your roller have a concave wheel, that is to say, a wheel with a recessed edge meant to run on a raised track? If so, the 23-086 might be what you're looking for. This is essentially the same roller as what you got, except it has that concave wheel. Take a look and let me know what you think.
