NEED REPLACEMENT HANDLE AND LOCK MECHANISM FOR TRACO SLIDING DOOR

Hi:
The above pictures with measurement between the mounting holes ( 3.75") is needed to repair as it broke for this Traco piece installed in 1993. Can you assist with appropriate replacement for the internal lock apparatus.

Hello there. I believe you might have had either the 82-214B or 82-211 Mortise Lock, both of which are seen on these Traco setups. Compare their dimensions below with your old hardware to see if you think either lock could work for you. Let us know what you find.

Thank you. As it turns out that component is missing so cannot compare to the original. Is there another way to determine which one would be appropriate as they look very similar..and/or can I purchase both of recommendations. That might be the most effective remedy as
under a time constraint to get it repaired asthe unit going to be placed on the market very soon. Thank you for the guidance.

I'm sorry to say there's no way to verify exactly what mortise you need without having the original on hand to use as a reference. If you're willing to buy both then that might be your most expedient option, though I understand that's not ideal. You can see our return policy here.
